Let me start by simply saying that I happen to be an excellent cartoonist and humorous illustrator. Period. I have been since the tender age of 6. Forty years later, after having completed many freelance illustrations jobs on the side, I have made it one of my major goals to go on the pursuit of bigger, better, more meaningful and enjoyable projects in illustration for web and print.

 

Out of choice, I am permanently based in two places: Mexico City and Baja California Sur, which is very close to the pristine Sea of Cortes, since I could hardly imagine living away from Mexico’s ocean waters for long periods of time. During the last quarter of a century, however, I have been exposed to numerous projects that require a deep understanding and grasp of the international work scenario and the many ins and outs of cultural affinity, not to mention my native command of the English language – which indeed comes in handy when building trust and rapport with my North American and European counterparts. Not to mention the fact that my rates are quite competitive due to natural reasons arising from my geographic whereabouts, which - by the way - will never be in detriment of the quality of the work you will be receiving from me.

I have made it my mission statement to provide unmatched humorous illustration and commercial cartooning services mainly (but not limited to) to U.S., Canadian and Europe-based companies, which I am convinced will sharpen my focus on my clients’ requirements and specs.
